Payment Terms

Program fees must be paid in full before the start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 14 days before the program start date for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided.

Participant Responsibilities

Program participants are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions and complete assignments
• Engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary program materials
• Comply with program codes of conduct

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in removal from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crisp-atoll or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Program materials provided to participants are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

User-Generated Content
